By downloading or using Keepass, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application.

Use of the Application

• You are responsible for securing and remembering your master password.
• Keepass is provided “as-is” without warranties.
• You agree not to misuse, resell, or reverse-engineer the software.

Updates

From time to time, we may provide updates or improvements. These may include bug fixes, security patches, or new features.

Limitation of Liability

Keepass Security Ltd. is not responsible for data loss resulting from forgotten master passwords, device issues, or user-managed backups. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

We may restrict access to updates or related services if these terms are violated.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Keepass Security Ltd. is established, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
